Returns and Exchanges

Address Requirements
  • If you entered the wrong address when purchasing, please contact our customer service immediately by re-entering your full address and your #POP order number at:
  • As soon as an order is processed, the delivery address cannot be redirected/modified, you will need to contact Purolator with your tracking number to redirect your package.
  • Tracking control

    As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain your tracking number. Note that your tracking number will activate when the carrier has picked up your package at our facilities.

    Order Changes

    No changes can be made by our customer service.

    However, if you made a mistake in your order, you can immediately make another one with the correct items and we will cancel your old order free of charge.

    Returns and exchange policy

    If you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply:

  • Panties are not exchangeable
  • item must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed (please do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your item as soiled clothing will not be accepted)
  • If a product is not suitable, we will be happy to exchange it for a credit that can be used on our website for the value of your purchase.

  • The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns:

  • the panties
  • gift cards are non-refundable

    To return an item, follow the steps below:

  • Please write an email to our customer service at: with the subject: Exchange and your #POP order number
    In the email, tell us your name and what you would like to exchange

  • After receiving approval from customer service, please send your item
    by writing your name and what you want to exchange inside your package.
    *The package will be shipped at your expense, with the carrier of your choice to the following address:

  • *Due to the success of our collections, we cannot guarantee the availability of the item at the time of your request. Where applicable, our standard return policy applies.

  • shipping charges are non-refundable
  • No refund is possible, a credit of the value of your purchase will be made
  • Pop underwear credit has no expiration date
  • Promo code
  • If you have a promo code, please enter it in the box provided for this purpose during your purchase.
  • Once the order has been paid for, it is unfortunately no longer possible to add a promo code.
